I always assumed losing weight was going to make me love myself. I hired a trainer and lost the weight, but to my surprised I still found things to hate about myself. I realized I needed to transform the way I talked to myself and how I viewed weight loss if I wanted to maintain my new weight. Hey! I just released a new episode of my podcast, and I'm really excited about it!
