Welcome to the Wormhole Manifest Podcast: A show about many things with a focus on Mental Health.

This week we welcome back our friend Stephen from DreamHerbally and more recently Moonstack a new music project by Stephen and his Wife.

We are going to be discussing dreamwork while also delving into one of my more recent unsettling dreams to try to divulge what exactly was going on or where my energy may be being blocked.

It'll be another of the little bit different sort of episodes as it's not in interview style but more like a closed therapy event slash discussion. Normally when someone is having a dreamwork session being done with them, it is not an open public event. But more like a therapy session one on one where deep emotions and issues can be talked about openly.

Well in my attempt at being open and honest about my recovery and healing journey, I thought this would be a good time for one of these sessions to be open to the public. So I invited Stephen to help me with this and he was really open to the idea and appreciative of my willingness to show my vulnerability in an open format such as. Which is really awesome!
