I start off this episode with yet another brief message describing the technical difficulties I found after recording this episode. My apologies for that but the issues are fixed and should be much better from here on out.

This episode I welcome a new guest to the show, Stephen from DreamHerbally.

Stephen is in the behavioral science and research methodology field and a dreamwork facilitator in which I played a small part in his certification program last year. I have been wanting to get him on the show for awhile now and finally the stars have aligned enough to get him on here to discuss the program, it's methods, and many other related things.

He also runs his own company called DreamHerbally where he researches and creates and sells various blends of tea that can be used to enhance dreaming and for other ceremonial reasons.

In this episode we discuss everything from Energy, Time and Space, Dreams, Interconnectedness, Psychedelic Experiences and Integration and much much more.

Stephen references some Robert Monroe books who is an author who discusses Astral Projection and Out of Body Experiences and we get into that a bit as well, which then reminded me of the anime series Ghost Hound that also deals with Astral Projection.

Overall this is a longer but very interesting discussion and I can't wait to have him back on the show again soon to go even deeper.
