This episode I invited an old friend from the sci-fi convention days onto the show to discuss Furries, Food, Mental Health, and the different underground caverns and hauntings (and some history) around the greater St. Louis MO (my original hometown) area.

I start off the show with a special intro to go over some reminders in mindfulness and then begin the wonderful discussion with Chris where we discuss convention life, recipes and spices, and a load of other really cool stuff including some background about where Chris comes from and how he got into the Furry Lifestyle. Oh and we also talk about how he's built up a following on Twitter and hosts some really fun virtual horror movie nights that helped get them through the pandemic. It was a really good time reconnecting with an old friend that I hadn't spoken to in a really long time!
