**Spoiler Alert**

Welcome back to the Wormhole Manifest. It's been several weeks since the last episode due to my work getting really busy and leaving me hardly any time to get the editing done on this one. But I finally finished it, so please let me know if I've missed anything.

In this episode I bring back my good friend Rob for a special episode geared almost entirely to the anime series Cowboy Bebop as well as several other related subjects.

We compare and contrast just some of the differences between the Bebop anime and newly released live action adaptation that premiered on Netflix Nov/Dec 2021.

We also dig into some of the tech and aesthetics and styles of the original anime and we briefly discuss the endings of the shows, hence the Spoiler Alert posted above. So if you haven't seen them yet or don't care about learning what happens then listen at your own risk. I also read a brief bit of an article I found on TIME's website that has a good description of what the series Cowboy Bebop is about (I posted a link to that article below for reference).

We go on to talk a bit about other Live Action Anime adaptations, Summer Wars, Ghost in the Shell, and a bit too much about Scarlet Johansson, Sing 2, and a few other things relating to the main topic of this episode and anime in general. I listed a bunch of anime reference books I have and also mention my old anime fan club I started a long long time ago and my original email address inspiration. I go off on a tangent and get on a soapbox about different anime in history and some of what it means to me and how it became such a big inspiration to me.

We wrap up the show talking about streaming games, Rob's discord and the ExtraLife Marathon.
