Most of us know when our ego takes over but what about those SMALLER cries for attention? Our urge to scroll. Our need to people-please. Can we love ourselves without a slow drip of praise? THAT’S the question.
So, put down TikTok. Stop taking a selfie. Forget your like-count for one, tiny moment. We’re talking about MICRODOSING VALIDATION. It’s a mouthful and it’s a great topic!
