Lourenco & Conshinia are a husband and wife vegan duo. They both cook and create recipes.  They believe that plants are the original diet and we were designed to live and walk in healing. They have been vegetarian for years and wanted to take their lifestyle to the next level of existing so they reached out to KT the Arch Degree to educate them on doing so. They made arrangements for him to come to SC and do a live cooking demonstration and health seminar for their community.  From there they were encouraged not to indulge in processed veganism and encouraged to make and grow their own food. In 2021,  they met the host of the national VeganFest and wanted to support her efforts.  They decided to be a table vendor and the response was so overwhelming.  They sold everything they brought,  and they brought a lot. People continued to call and ask when, where, how to order. The rest is history, they've been rolling ever since.
