A little bit about Sharon:
My name is Sharon Porter. I am a Life-Story Coach, a fitness professional, and entrepreneur. In 2019, I created and developed my coaching method, and earned a Certification as a Life-Story Coach. Since beginning my coaching, I have worked with individuals, groups, & small businesses. I have been in the fitness industry as an instructor for 24 years, and I have had my own health business for 10 years. All of these work together for me to help people experience freedom & healing through retelling their life’s stories & experiences so that it doesn’t hurt to go through life.
A few fun facts…. Jesus is my everything. I grew up in Africa as a missionary kid. I have been married for 27 years. I have 3 (mostly grown) children, and one favorite grandchild. I love horses, the ocean, mountains, and generally anything that involves enjoying the beauty of nature (without too much bodily risk 😆).
