Hey everyone! This week, we're talking with Captain Danny Dumas of the Waterford Regional Fire Department. He's been a firefighter for over 20 years, and he's here to talk about his experience with health in the fire service and how he's committed to being healthy in his later years. We also look at his career as a firefighter in Pontiac, MI, and what it's like to work for two different departments in 24 hrs, the importance of checklists.
It's incredible how much knowledge Capt. Dumas has about the fire service. He was kind enough to share some of his experiences with us—and talking to him was an absolute pleasure!
We hope you enjoy this episode as much as we did making it!
