In this episode, I interview Dr. Cris Berlingeri. Dr. Berlingeri is a dermatologist and dermatopathologist who shares her personal experience with bulimia and binge eating disorder.  She also talks about the intersection of her eating disorder with her Puerto Rican heritage and culture.

She walks us through her journey of healing from her eating disorder. She also shows us how amazing life can be once we get the help we need and give up our guilt and shame in the process.

Dr. Berlingeri is a life coach with an advanced certification in weight loss coaching and an advanced certification in feminist coaching.
