In this week's episode I am so fortunate to speak with author Elle Russ, who literally had to solve her own thyroid problem after being let down by so many doctors, she is an incredible and inspiring educator who makes this complex topic simple. She also has a free thyroid course linked below. Though our interview was conducted back in August, she said some pretty enlightened things about anti semitism, and that was pre October 7. For a variety of reasons she is one of my new favorite people.
