The pace at which many of us are moving is going so fast, we barely have a moment to breathe. Our minds are so busy trying to keep up with the fast paced modern world. In this practice, we will take 5 minutes to slow our breathing to a steady, long, and even pace and we will find silence and stillness between each breath. We will linger in the silent and still space, together. Give yourself this time. Repeat the practice a few times a week to help bring calm and balance to a busy mind, a busy life.
