Kat is an energy healer and a wilderness expedition leader who describes herself as a freelance guide for inner and outer landscapes. Her work includes guiding people through the most iconic National Parks in the US in the role of wilderness guide, and she also guides and supports those who are on the journey of self-embodiment and self-worth through her soul coaching business.

In this episode we talk about the path of embodiment and worthiness. Both Kat and I reflect on our journeys thus far and talk about what it’s been like healing generational trauma  in our families while healing ourselves in the process, learning to set boundaries that honor our energy, our time, and our worth, and what it’s been like stepping into our purpose with deep trust and faith in ourselves and the path laid out in front of us.
