Al Montone is 45yo and proud to call this guy my husband! He is 5'11'' and began his IF journey at 250lbs back in 2020 - after persevering through a year and a half plateau, the weight finally started coming back off in January of 2023. Having struggled with weight his entire life, he has finally found success in clean IF and plans to make this his forever lifestyle. To date, he's released 45lbs!
