MOD episodes have no shelf-life or expiration date.  Our focus is principled so each episode reflects the immediate peace and stability of our Ever-Present Knowing Awareness that clarifies conflicted impressions manifest by the instability and hyper-reactivity of obsessive thinking. This form of thought is purely imagined and sleep walking is the consequence. Accurately noticing wrongs dissolves them rather than subject the subjective thinker to make things worse by making up new ways to maintain them by trying feel better about them or try to get over them. Feeling wrong does not make us wrong but indicates our thinking is wrong. This does not confirm that what and how we think is real, only that thinking can cause effects. Awakening from a nightmare offers relief once it is realized that it was only a dream. Thinking we are in a dream has us subject to all the consuming effects, including pleasure and pain, since they feel real as long as we think we are in them. If those effects were anything more than imposed by thought they would not vanish so quickly once we awaken. Thoughts are imagined and cause effects. The brain that thinks, feels, generates words and other voluntary actions. We do not create reality we transform existing reality.

If anything essence exists it is essential. To think we can be excluded from what is essential is to look at our world through the upside-down, backward lens of misunderstanding mistakenly imagined to be reality and truth. Thoughts of this nature are as defensive and divisive since they are reactive. Thinking at odds with reality causes mental conflicts, not conflicts with reality. Inner conflict, emotional turmoil, and mental anguish are body language guiding awareness to what is wrong. Wrong thoughts are not a chronic problem until they are believed right. The essence of existence is as stable as it is simple since it does not change; True IS True as Reality is Real. Changing thoughts imagined to be real and true cause anxiety and fear and obsessively try to exact revenge internally and thus externally. The odds of feeling conflicted while acting on such thoughts are 100% while the odds of ever getting even - are zero.

We can shrink or grow. Growth diminishes the scale problems while shrinking magnifies them. Considering the Absolute nature as our nature dissolves problems no matter the matter of size and weight we think “they” have since it is only a thought imagining such things.

Reality is unlimited and never changes. The idea that how and what we think creates reality suggests otherwise. Acting on backward thoughts leads to behaviors that are out of order. Anxious and systemic disorders reflect this impossible attempt to reverse the Laws of the universe that govern nature’s order. Disease is the lack of ease created and maintained by such twisted mental acrobatics.

Principles affirm our indivisible nature. Sharing principles affirms and confirms our indivisibility. We can choose desperation or Inspiration. Absolute Intelligence is our Knowing nature. Ignoring what is happening produces unintelligible ignorance - not reality.
