I am so excited (and nervous)  to release my first solo episode. The topic I've chosen is Love and Psychiatry and I explore the 6 areas below where I find love and mental health come together in my day-today work as a psychiatrist.

I discuss:
- Delusions of love, as a sign of mental illness.
- Difficulty forming and maintaining loving relationships, as a feature of mental illness
- Abuse disguised as love, and it's impact on mental health.
- Compassion- focussed therapy, love as the centre of a talking based (psychological) therapy.
- Love as part of the treatment for mental illness.
-Love as my motto for giving compassionate and dignified care.
