Our host Lindsey is joined by Makenna Green M.A. , CCC-SLP a medical speech and language pathologist specializing in neurodegenerative disease. She is also a current PHD in health sciences candidate. With research emphasis in alternative treatment approaches for dementia.

Beyond her academic and professional life Makenna is a mother to a 7 month old baby girl. She experienced a euphoric birth with her daughter that  resulted in healing of childhood wounds and the birth of not only a child but of a new woman; whole, inspired and recentered by the transformative experience of birth.
