Alicia Langlais, also known as Alicia the Dance Dragon Slayer, is a Bay Area Dancer, Instructor, and Dance Inspiration Coach. Her passion for movement and dance began at a young age, starting with hip-hop and Caribbean influence in her home and growing into a love of ballet as well. In addition to over 15 years of dance training and experience, Alicia’s studies have included Transpersonal Psychology focusing on Creative Expression, allowing her to combine dance training with mental wellness to help others find balance and pursue their passion.
