How to Redirect Focus to Better Manage Unwanted Emotions?

BRAINWASHED CREATIONS

Jul 15 2023 • 32 mins

Your thoughts have different frequencies and your energy flows wherever your focus goes! And if the focus and energy is on unwanted or undesired outcomes, the law of attraction says that you are creating and attracting those outcomes for yourself. You can break this pattern by simply being aware of your emotions and going inward to check and see how you feel and what you are thinking about and what is your self-talk at the moment. If the feeling is not good and change is needed, pay attention to what you are focused on and shift that focus to higher vibrations and thoughts that create better emotional outcomes. Usually, thoughts around love, gratitude, joy, and compassion do the trick. Typically focusing on anything other than unwanted stimulus can shift your vibration and frequency and you will be able to find your peace and Zen when you check your thoughts and consciously focus them on the direction that create more desirable outcomes and peace of mind.
