On our fifty sixth episode, we go international talking to Soledad Hernandez and Alex Mesarichik about a recent bicycle trip Alex did with his father to visit and be shown around Ecuador by Soledad. Soledad lives in Quito, Ecuador and is a bicycle guide and Alex is a high school mountain biker from Cuyahoga County in Northeast Ohio.  Soledad and Alex discuss the trip, an avalanche enduro race that Alex did starting at the top of an active volcano, mountain biking in Ecuador, Ecuador's cuisine and cycling, and so much more!!!
