Sandra Lander RN talks to us about her recovery from PTSD and addiction.
Sandra started her nursing career in an Emergency Room. As time went on Sandra started experiencing the effects of PTSD but was to ashamed to reach out for help. After losing a number of jobs. falling into addiction, and trying to end her own life she finally reached out, and it saved her life.
