The CIA have dispatched their Asian based, undercover operatives to Australia to commence a clandestine money laundering operation.  The operatives succeed beyond the agency’s wildest dreams.  Soon their new cover, the Nugan Hand Bank, is transferring money and drugs around the world and they have partnered with Australian crime figures to take the enterprise to new levels.
