This week on the podcast I am joined by Ashley Cooley. Ashley is a mom of 3 girls, and the owner and operator of Birth Baby Sleep. She has a Masters Degree in Health Promotion and started her career working in the mental health, non-profit sector. Ashley teaches prenatal classes and has completed trainings as a Certified Childbirth Educator, Certified Child Sleep Consultant, Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician, New Parent Educator, and in the field of Maternal Mental Health. She has a passion to support growing families, help others feel less alone and to get some sleep.


On this episode we talk about tips for giving birth, what to expect in the delivery room or at home, navigating the first few nights/weeks with baby, feeding tips and tricks, and more!
