MOD episodes have no shelf-life or expiration date.  Our focus is principled so each episode reflects the immediate peace and stability of our Ever-Present Knowing Awareness that clarifies conflicted impressions manifest by the instability and hyper-reactivity of obsessive thoughts.

if we are the agents of change that choose conflicted thoughts then we can easily get better by relying on and expressing the nature of our essence rather than relying on ideas that are not true.  Obsessive thoughts are not an accident or a curse - they are choices - and like all addictive behaviors they seem to happen to us to justify the irresponsibility of thinking we have nothing to do with them and thus can do nothing about them. Managing insanity presumes there is something to manage.  Out of control is unmanageability since there is nothing to manage even while delusional thoughts are “our” reality. This thinking suggests insanity is sane which is like denying a lie is a lie and so it’s supposed management maintains the depressing effect.

Dreams, like obsessive thoughts, as long as we they are real do we think we are in them - until we wake and realize we were only having them. We can’t be what we have anymore than an eye can see itself. Think of thoughts in this way.

Any insistence to maintain conflicted thoughts has the thought appear to impose itself on us. To claim we have nothing to do with it mirrors the claim there is nothing we can do about it. All of these conclusions are lies.

Responsibility, Freedom, and Choice are fundamental principles of mental health. There are no victims or insanity in reality. As Sentient Beings sensitivity is intelligence so we cannot be too smart for our own good - though we can dumb our experience down by narrowing the focus of our awareness to conclude the nature of truth as reality is only what we think.

Sobriety is recovery from symptomatic addictions induced by imagining fantasy is reality. Reactive, impulsive, and compulsive behaviors all fit into this category as they are based on a lie that lies have the power to become reality. Reality as an Infinite Source cannot be more or less than it is since it is not a quantity but the quality of perfect peace.

Emotional sobriety is sane living. Essence can seem unseen until understanding sees it does not need to be thought of to be essential for existence.  We Know more than we think or mental anguish would be a normal disturbance and not feel uneasy. Pain tells us something is wrong. To misread this to mean run faster to escape, get over it, or feel better about it is to insist the problem causing the pain persists.

The denial of thoughts we don't think we are thinking will be equally balanced with  the denial of things possible as impossibilities.  What we think internally will be used to create circumstances we used to pretend our wrong thought is right.

Imagination is not true, it is not you, it is something we do. Imagine that. Imagined power is not real no matter how much it is thought to be. Thoughts can express the real and true power of Reality and Truth - since thoughts are channels; staying tuned will allow our expression to realize things previously thought unimaginable.

Addiction relies on fighting imagination. What does not exist cannot be a problem, though we can apparently think otherwise.

There is no struggle in Reality or Truth.  It is only imagination thought of as reality that causes mayhem, destruction and is witnessed by feeling unstable, doubtful and uncertain.

We are free to think what we want so when we feel condemned it is the thinking we imagine to be reality that is condemned since it has no basis - even when we think it is real and all there is to think about.
