I've seen my fair share of shitty practices and trainers over the years.

The NUMBER 1 mistake I see people make, is not having a clear goal in mind when starting with a trainer or at the very least coming out of their first session having spoken to the trainer and made plans around a goal that you have both determined is right for you.

In this podcast, I will talk about the process I used to (and continue to) take my clients through as I helped them work towards their goals as well as offer up some advice on what to look for when you're shopping around for a trainer.

This world has a LOT of trainers and self proclaimed "fitness gurus" in it and it's my hope that this podcast will help you sift through the shit, to get to the cream who will help you achieve your goals quicker and in a way that helps you enjoy the process.
