On this podcast, I spoke with Laura Berland, who is the Founder and Executive Director of the nonprofit Center for Compassionate Leadership.
I had a great time speaking with Laura as she shared the principles and practices of compassionate leadership She is a wise woman, who is a serial entrepreneur, who has worked with many Fortune 500 media/tech companies, as a meditation teacher, yoga therapist, executive mentor, and digital creator.
Laura is one of the most inspiring women that I’ve ever met. She stands for a world where compassionate leadership is the norm, not the exception. We spoke about The Center for Compassionate Leadership and how individuals and organizations can build awareness, resilience, trust, innovation, diversity, belonging, inclusion, courage, connection, and compassion.
I had a lot of fun talking with Laura about compassion, and mindfulness can make the world a better place.
