I am a goal setter and I often have people ask my how I accomplish all the things that I do. The quick and simple answer, is that I set goals. I am an action and goal oriented person. Goals don't have to be super big and large, they just need to be specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and time bound. In this episode I talk about the formula needed to create successful goals. I also review my reasons for needing to pivot after 2020.
