Interview w/ Nenia Corcoran [Author & Seuxal Assault Survivor]
Nenia Corcoran is a long time police officer, where she is one of the only few females on the force. She strives to be a positive role model for the younger females in her community. Nenia is also a survivor of a sexual assault in college where at the time she did not know what to do, and took years to cope with the trauma. Nenia then struggled to end an emotionally abusive marriage to a man she’d known since middle school. Nenia has now made it her mission to reach other women who may be silently suffering in similar situations. She also is the author of two books, ‘He Loves Me Not’ & ‘Things I Didn’t Learn in School’
