Yeah, same. At least I used to! It took a long time, but I’ve finally overcome my fear of public speaking! I’m so excited to be able to say that and to share with you how I did it because I know I’m not the only one who struggles with this.


The thing that helped me was surprising and yet also seemed so obvious at the same time. I’m sharing it with you in this episode with the hope that it can help you too.
