Be able to communicate what your product or service does and how it makes the customer have a better life. Doing so allows you to collectively collaborate as a team and achieve a real sense of purpose rather than just the need to work for a living.

✔️ Learn to put your thinking C.A.P. on —

C is for "creating" vision and a plan, "communicating" that vision with other people to make a "connection" and order to "collaborate" with them in a community manner.

A is for "aligning" your mission with other people and having the "awareness" of where you are and what you're looking to "achieve" as a team.

P is for purpose and also for passion. It's all about enthusiasm and energy. When you love what you do and love for the people around you, your love for your product or service, and a love for the clients you're dealing with, I would say love is an acronym for lots of vibrant energy. You will create more efficient productivity, better time management, and a more enjoyable, loving job and loving organization.

✔️ The greatest gift you can give another person is your presence. And that's why they call it the "present moment." And if you can really listen and give them two ears and actively be attentive to what they say, as people tend to try to outdo others and impress them. If you can provide them that ear, listen to what they need, and help them get what they need, you create a connection — an authentic connection.
