If you look back to our first season, you’ll notice that many of our episodes featured just Jordan and me talking, with no outside guests. This season, we did things a little differently as we shifted our attention to bringing in guests on a wider range of topics. Given that, we’ve only had time so far for one episode of us talking to each other. As we are nearing the end of season two—with only two more episodes left after this—we thought it was high time for one more exclusively Ettore and Jordan episode.

In this episode, we have a chat about how our journey in the men’s work arena is evolving. The focus here is particularly on Jordan as he is spreading his wings to expand his work beyond the confines of the community in which we’ve spent much of our time over the past few years.

As the conversation continues, we also home in on some of the reasons behind this shift and delve into a few questions that I have about Jordan’s shift and approach to things.

And while it may seem at first that this conversation is narrowly focused on only his experience, you may find that the issues we raise and what’s going on for both of us in our evolving men’s work journey also resonate with where you are, where you’ve been—or maybe even where you are going.
