Holy cow this is a loaded one. This man David Ray Parker is true monster. He the worst one. For over 40 years, he kidnapped, raped, and tortured girls in his toybox. He would either kill them or let them go. No bodies have ever been found and is believed that he killed around 60 women. He was finally caught 1999 and what they discovered from this Park Ranger, a great nice guy who threw awesome parties, is what what his friends and coworkers said.
