After an up and down season, the Kansas Jayhawks received the number four seed in the Midwest region and will head to Salt Lake City, UT to face off with the 13th seeded Sanford Bulldogs of the Southern Conference. The other matchup in their pod will be five seed Gonzaga vs. 12-seed McNeese State. Kansas will navigate this tournament without Kevin McCullar, who was ruled out for the whole NCAA tournament by Bill Self on Tuesday.
