Benny covers the case of Jho Low, a Malaysian businessman  in his 20s who would mastermind a $4.5 Billion dollar fraud. He would spend government funds on lavish Gatsby-style celebrity bashes, boats, mansions, jets, hotels, artwork, cars, and jewellery. He would even fund the making of major Hollywood movies. All at the expense of Malaysian taxpayers and Saudi investors.
