The first thing that comes to mind when we think about health is physical health, right? At the beginning of the year, many of us have new resolutions usually around health that essentially revolve around our bodies. But we often forget that the state of our body is also a consequence of the state of our mental and spiritual health.
I understand being healthy as something transcendental to the body only. We can approach health from a 360 perspective. That's exactly what we expand on in this episode with Kerry Fisher, a lawyer turned author, coach, and teacher for athletes, corporations, and private clients in a variety of disciplines including mindset, meditation, breath work, physiology, and personal development. In this conversation, she also shares some gems from her past books as well as her upcoming one putting holistic health at their center.
