In the first half of this two part episode, Monica and Nick discuss Katherine Knight, an extremely violent and mentally ill woman who psychologically and physically abused her lovers throughout her 20's and 30's.  In part one we talk in depth about Katherine's early years and the chain of events that finally led up to her going away for good.  Her back story is revolting, but it's nothing compared to what Katherine does when she reaches her final breaking point.
