It’s hard to believe that Tamica Goree has been retired from the WNBA for almost three years. Yet, with eight All-Star appearances, two MVP awards, and one championship trophy under her belt, she will always be known as one of the greatest players in the league’s history. In fact, if she had continued playing professionally, there’s no doubt that she would have been inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame before her career was finished.
