Denise Rhudy was killed in December of 1999. She was a mother of 4 who was just going to enjoy some time out with some colleagues, but the planning and actions of 3 men took away her future. But one of those men, while not the one who pulled the trigger, should not have been out amongst other citizens of his community. His past actions indicated that he was a criminal with violent tendencies, but some people either refused to see this or cast a blind eye towards his actions.
