Hey there! If you're anything like me, as an INFP, you might struggle with setting boundaries. 😓 It can be tough to say no or to assert yourself when you want to please others or avoid conflict. But I've been working on overcoming these challenges, and I want to share what I've learned.

One thing that's been helpful is understanding the Platinum Rule, which means treating others how they want to be treated. 🌟 Instead of just focusing on my own needs and preferences, I try to consider others' perspectives and communicate clearly to create healthier relationships.

Another important aspect is self-care and self-understanding. 💪 I've learned that it's crucial to prioritize my own well-being and take the time to reflect on my values and boundaries. This helps me feel more confident in asserting myself and standing up for what I need.

If you're struggling with setting boundaries as an INFP, know that you're not alone. 🤗 And if you need more support, consider checking out http://infp.geekpsychology.com to get the INFP Masterclass or reach go to http://geekpsychology.com to explore coaching options.
