As one of the first African American daytime soap opera heroines as attorney DiDi Bannister on Edge of Night, Mariann Aalda helps us close out Black History Month while opening up Women’s History Month because she truly is every woman.  She is an Actress, Speaker, and mom who is on a mission to create an ageing shamelessly revolution.  After “aging out” of Hollywood, AARP named her an Age Disruptor for her career reinvention as a hypnotherapist turned standup comic and performance artist. At the age of 74, Mariann shares some wonderful advice.  By the end of this episode, you will be saying to yourself: “I’ll have what she’s having.”
