Running Beta 014 - How to Use Trekking Poles

RunBum Podcast

Aug 1 2023 • 12 mins

We here at RunBum Studios have started a new series called "Running Beta." These will be quick episodes with training, gear, and nutrition tips.
On todays episode, RunBum talks about something thats sort of taboo in the running world: trekking poles. We think they are a great addition to your long races and training days. Running with poles can drastically help your speed and efficiency at climbing those steep climbs, and also help with those last miles in a long, long race.
If you're just listening to this running beta podcast, you might want to check out the video version on our YouTube channel as well!
