We here at RunBum are excited to be releasing a FREE 50k training program. Thats right; free. We don't want your email, likes, follows, or mother's maiden name. We just want you to become a stronger, faster, and smarter runner. In the excitement of finalizing the training plan, which you will eventually find on our website, runbumtours.com, we decided to release a few videos talking about training for a race.
Our experience isn't driven by online coaching certificates and lectures; it's found in the hours upon hours of training and race experience here at Runbum. If you have the means, we STRONGLY encourage you to hire your own coach (check out some of our previous episodes) but we also know that most people can't.  That's why we're here to help.
Ultra and trail running to us is a community well beyond the start and finish line of any race. Join us here on the podcast, on our social media, out on the trails for one of our group runs, and at the next race.
