The Wheel Print has had some really deep and meaningful episodes. This next will not disappoint. Megan Blunk bares her soul as she describes her journey battling with mental health since she was a child. Megan will educate all listeners to a better awareness of mental health through her direct experiences as an elite woman and elite athlete.

This is the first episode of a 2-part series drawing awareness to Mental Illness and Mental Health in October. The first part of the series starts with her current yardwork project that Megan shares on her Instagram on a daily basis and dives deep into her childhood, including the trauma she experienced. Megan opens up about these experiences and describes her battle with mental health, the ways in which it can develop with the hope to remove the stigma around mental illness and help more people start healing.
