Come with us on the moving and motivating conversation journey that will leave you feeling revitalized, inspired, and full of hope.
Growing up Anna suffered from night terrors, which grew into anxiety and panic attacks. She overcame both through meditation. As a mom, Anna wanted to give her children the same beneficial tool. The problem was (knowing the harms of our devices) that most guided meditations take place on an app or social media. So Anna created the screen-free meditation device, Zenimal. (Might I add… a perfect gift.)
