We're diving into a (long) conversation I had (don't worry, timestamps below) many moons ago with videographer, fine artist, and YouTuber, Sam Lewis (better known on the internet as SLEW) in his Brooklyn studio.
Among many reasons, I was curious to talk to Sam because his flourishing on his own, self-made path is not the norm from where we’re from. We both attended the same school in Connecticut and, (as you can imagine) I resonate with and am fascinated by those that take (and make) their own way despite their environment's messaging.
Thus I HAD to hear and share his journey to inspire folks to see through his mirror - anything is possible and we are rewarded for authentically contributing to the world our unique gifts and interests.
Sam and I philosophize about art, social media, film, living authentically and so much more, so grab a cup of tea or a Yerba Mate and come with us on this conversational journey.
Connect with SLEW on Instagram and YouTube; check out his work!
