Astrosailer Charles Circumfrance discovered what he calls "the golden galaxy", a constantly shifting and changing cluster of stars and planets. Fascination regarding the galaxy hit a fever pitch. So much so that enigmatic newspaper owner, Sunday Evans, is offering fame and fortune to whomever can finish the race first and fastest.
