They need to show how the organization benefits from both the team in place and the tools that have been implemented. It doesn’t take much to find posts like “look how much I made in my first year” and “here are 5 easy steps to be your own boss”. This is dangerous because it oversimplifies what it means to own and run a business. It also sets the precenident that you can only explore being an entrepreneur by quitting your job and starting your own business.
