Welcome to a minisode on Forgiveness.  The struggles of hanging onto anger and how forgiveness can set your heart free.  If you are anything like me and have a hard time letting things go, at forgiving others, or just waiting for that person who has done you wrong to come crawling back begging for forgiveness, then you are in the right place!I can tell you that forgiveness is a tough one for me, so much so, I took forever to release this podcast because I have been working on releasing my anger and my hope of them coming to beg me to fogive them...I waited so long and no one came.  NO ONE!  The only person who can help you get over things is you--yes YOU.  So it starts here and now, and with you--do the work to heal, to learn, to find yourself in this process because it takes a hell of a lot more energy to hang on to the anger than to let it go.  It is not going to happen overnight, but it will happen, with love and patience.
