To help answer these questions we talk with Dr Kazue Okamoto-Mizuno from Tohoku Fukoshi Univeristy, Sendai, Japan. Dr Okamoto-Mizuno has researched the relationship between sleep and temperature for 20 years.
Dr Moira Junge (Health Psychologist) and Dr David Cunnington (Sleep Physician) host the monthly podcast, Sleep Talk - Talking all things sleep.
