One powerful tool  which helped Mike on this quest Steven Pressfield's book The War of Art, a book which guides the creative to be like seaweed, tethered to the sand but able to move with the waves.   Like Laura in episode 3, Mike underscores the significance of discovering or reconnecting with one's tribe - community of likeminded people.  Mike advocates for unapologetic self-care and emphasizing the importance of acknowledging and nurturing all aspects of ourselves to attain true satisfaction in life.
